Everything is relevant, company vision, marketing strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), corporate identity, now and in the future.

First we make a thorough inventory. We believe it is important that stakeholders will be involved as much as possible. Everyone in the organization must know which way the project is proceeding.
Sometimes we have open meetings, sometimes we organize structured workshops. In the meetings we discuss the choices and delineate the project.
